  5. Add petrissage: Gently knead the muscles with your fingers and thumbs. Focus on areas that feel tight. Only do this on large areas of muscle tht can be easily picked up, the intention is not to nip your partner.

  6. Incorporate friction: Use small, gentle, circular motions on knots or tense spots.

  7. Finish with tapotement and vibration: Light tapping and shaking can wake up the muscles and bring energy back. If you’re not sure about this one - miss it out, you are not qualified and looking to give a relaxing, amateur treatment and don’t want to get a slap in the face for your troubles 😁
