Confirmations & Reminders ON!

Hi - I am sure everyone will be pleased to hear that I have now managed to switch on the immediate confirmation of booking emails that include your booking details!!! You will also receive a reminder email and text 24 hours prior to your appointment (if you booked more than 24 hours before your appointment that is.

Hopefully this will remove the confusion as to whether bookings were actually made at all - and remind you that you're due to attend , hence avoiding future missed appointments.
