Deposit required

Hi. Due to an exceptionally high number of last minute cancellations snd no-shows, we will unfortunately now have to begin taking a 50% deposit on all bookings over 1 hour in length. In the case of short notice, on the day cancellations where it is impossible to refill the slot, the deposit will be NON REFUNDABLE.

If cancelled with advance notice more than 12 hours prior to treatment ) either a refund will be issued, or a credit towards a future treatment offered. It may be possible that the website provider Wix or the card payment companies may charge you a cancellation fee. If so, this is outside the control of Hands On Massage, and we advise you read the terms snd conditions of the card handler.
